The Nitty Gritty – Why SingFit Silver & Gold™ Works
Silver & Gold sessions are held in small group, one-on-one and large glee club settings, depending on population, staffing and organizational goals. Sessions can be led by existing in-house staff or contractors who attend online and real world SingFit education and feedback sessions to ensure quality care.

SingFit Silver & Gold™ programming features some of the most iconic songs of all time, including the still in heavy rotation “Lean on Me”, “Crazy” and “Blue Velvet.” Songs like these are deeply embedded in the memories of most seniors and the 10,000 people a day who will be turning 65 for the next 15 years.
